IS THE RESIN FLOOR WATER-REPELLENT AND WATERPROOF?
The resin is water-repellent and waterproof, it is resistant to the creations of stains or halos in case of spilled liquid. However, it is a good practice to follow the technical data sheets provided by the manufacturer.
CAN WE USE RESIN ON A HEATED SURFACE?
The resin, thanks to its elastic characteristic, retains its flexibility
even on a heated surface. Moreover, thanks to its very low thickness it maintains a good thermal conductivity, which makes the material ideal for underfloor heating.
CAN YOU REPAIR A RESIN FLOOR?
The resin floor can be repaired. The glossy finishes are more problematic, due to the nature of the finish itself and its refraction with light. We usually recommend satin or matt finishes.
A repair performed on a pavement covering will be less evident than one performed on self-leveling (monochromatic and glossy).
If the resin floor has lost its original shine, it can be restored by lightly abrasion on the surface and proceeding with the application on a further layer of product.
HOW TO KEEP CLEAN A RESIN FLOOR?
The resin is very easy to clean, using neutral and non-abrasive products. Since the resin floors are seamless, there is no accumulation of a dirt and dust.

It is advisable to contact the installers/applicators who have the certain qualification and competence acquired at the professional course.
